Digital skin

«Digital Skin» is a series of four AI-generated images exploring the nature of identity in the age of digital embodiment. At the center of each work is a synthesized human face, encased in a construction of transparent glass panels that simultaneously contain and expose the form.

The medium here is inseparable from the meaning. The face we see never existed - it was born from billions of images of others, a distillation of data that took on human form.

«Digital Skin» poses a question that remains open: if skin has become digital who wears it from within?
